Here is my story on how my passion for a delicious, healthy, environmentally friendly, all natural, vegan cupcake and cookie company was created.

I have been around the food industry my entire life. My Grandfather was an immigrant that came to this country in 1925 with only his clothing on his back and a few dollars in his pocket.  Shortly thereafter, he opened a small grocery store, which allowed for his family to always have food on the table.  My father, in turn, continued in his footsteps and eventually became an innovator and entrepreneur in the supermarket industry.  Throughout my professional career, I have been a creative designer, but always maintained a strong interest in healthy cooking and baking. I have now decided to merge my creative design expertise with my life-long knowledge of the food industry.

Cup E Cakes is close to my heart. Not only are my products delicious and healthy, they are made from organic ingredients and are vegan friendly.  They will bring a smile to anyone who tries them. The cupcakes and cookies are made-to-order, and are packaged and shipped in recycled containers. They will arrive fresh at your doorstep within 72 hours of placing your order.  

As the mother of three adult children, and soon-to-be grandmother, I am very concerned about the health and well being of children.  With the rising incidences of cancer in young people, it is vitally important to me that there are naturally healthy, organic and vegan-friendly baked goods available as an alternative to the processed foods that inundate the baked goods marketplace. With this in mind, Cup E Cakes has developed a sponsoring relationship with Sunrise Day Camp on Long Island, which is a summer day camp for children with cancer. With every online purchase of Cup E Cakes products, $1.00 will be donated directly to Sunrise Day Camp scholarship programs, which will allow for positive, memorable summer camping experiences for these children.  

This is how and why I started Cup E Cakes.  They will bring a lip-licking smile to anymore who bites into one.  Cup E Cakes brings a union of healthy and yummy tasting treats to synonymous levels.  Our planets future belongs to the children and grandchildren we love, and the good food we introduce them to.
